The sequel to 2015's Warhammer: Virmintide, the co-operative first-person action game where players work together to take on the forces of the vicious rat-like Skaven, has been announced for a 2018 release. Featuring the introduction of the evil Chaos, who have allied themselves with the Skaven to plunge the world into death and decay, players will have to work together to survive.
'Vermintide is a visually stunning and groundbreaking melee action game pushing the boundaries of the first person co-op genre. The game introduces the dark and twisted Chaos as an enemy faction. Other new feature include 15 hero careers, new environments, talent trees and the proprietary Heroic Deeds System. Warhammer: Virmintide 2 is heading to PC's and consoles.
