CW's Next DC Crossover Event Airdate Announced

After the success of last years crossover event 'Invasion' between Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl CW has announced that a second four part crossover event will be airing, this time over two nights.

The crossover will begin in Supergirl on Monday, November 27th, followed immediately by Arrow; and will be concluded the night after with The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. This marks a difference from last years crossover event, which aired across four nights.

CW's President, Mark Pedowitz, spoke about the change in structure for this years event, 'Last year's was the most successful week in CW history in terms of ratings and everything. We felt in this particular case we had The Flash and Legends paired, so it was better to make it two two-hour movies - a miniseries - we thought this was the best way to go.

'We had a lot of conversations with producers and marketing people. Next year, we might go back to four nights.'

Supergirl season three will begin to air on October 9th, The Flash season four and Legends of Tomorrow season three will air on October 10th, with Arrow season six airing on October 12th.
